First Sergio of six planned was just delivered to the new owner in UAE during Finali Mondiali. Based on chassis of 458 Spider, engine from Speciale. Some more pictures are available there Sergio - Imgur
Yikes! What a minger. 2.5 mill,,,,,,,,, for "that"?! I hope it levitates, or at least can fetch me my slippers in the morning for that price.
its not as swoopy as the concept. and its a real slapdash job on that rear end. no center exhaust, and whats with the plastic cladding on the taillights? was it really too much to ask to just use the original rear end design?
Guys, I don't know the price. It was just a joke towards the ridicilous Ferrari SP America price of 2.5 mill...
I kinda like it except the oval shapes on the taillights. But the new FXX-K is just awesome I think it's the car to dream for.
I saw the original concept at the Atelier in London last month and was under the impression that six of those would be produced. Disappointing.
How were they able to change the front lights? This has been a big limiting factor for past SP designs imho (not that I like this one)!
Assuming the Sergio and FXX-K are within an order of magnitude of cost, I agree, despite the greater rarity of the former. The original concept drawings of the Sergio were more exciting. IMO, the FXX-K looks to be more awesome T
I realize that approved the original Sergio would have been impossible for several reasons . But unfortunately this Spider is only a distant memory of the beautiful Sergio 2013. It seems a sad replica built in garage.
I think it looks awesome as its own thing, but agree that claiming to be the production evolution of the Sergio, it falls very short.
Gotta hand it to Marchionne! He already has Ferrari naming cars after him! 8^) SV (But which is it, the Sergio or the FxxK??)
Exactly. The badge should be Jianghuai. The original Sergio was interesting if impractical -- this thing is just a 458 with a nose job.
