Subtle ticking noise from transmission solenoid

    The dealer response to a subtle ticking noise coming from the area close to the driver side large speaker area on my 2015 458 Spider: “ its a common noise coming from a transmission solenoid”.
    The ticking sound is always on if the ignition switch is on position.
    I have checked if it’s the speaker or the Power window mechanism and determined it’s not.
    Interested to see if you experienced this issue?
