Very old kit, unfindable, wish I got one back then (1990's)! Very rare! I got the 1:14 MG version, takes a lot more work to make it right. Make sure its built to a high standard, Its a gem!
I don't know where you got it. Probably a built kit, done by a very good builder, try garage43, they made a few of these.... You can also ask mike at Miniwerks.com, he might know. Hans
I used to have the Creative Miniature Associates 166 1949 Lemans winning version. Marshall told me he only sold a handful of them unbuilt. I liked the kit but hated the oddball 1/14th scale, so I sold it. Tom Tanner/Scale Designs
Yes, I spoke with Marshall a few times, I might've bought this kit from you!! I got it on e-bay maybe 5 years ago, or so? I also have a 1/14th Dino 246GT from Carlo Brianza, it's signed as #6. That one IS built! Just took some new ics of it, although I've had it for a few years now! I have dino nr.84 (and 8 other Brianza's, and 6 other 1:14 handbuits). 1:14 is an odd scale, in the 1980's it was the standard, before 1:12 became popular. 1:14 are mostly older handbuilts. Brianza HE14 and MG were main builders of these Ferrari's. In this thread are all my 1:14 in earlier posts..
I got several new ones, but my limit to put up more pics is reached, I will extend to show you guys more.... Hans

I saw these shots on a Japanese website. I will give the link when I can find it. It is based on a 1/20th scale F1 Tamiya kit. This guy builds for F1 Modeling magazine and is one of the top Japanese car modelers. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have that Lusso in unbuilt form. I alos have the 1/16 Ferraris like the P5, the Dino GT, etc, all unbuilt. Here is a built 1/24 288 GTO Evoluzione I have I believe by Graphyland: Image Unavailable, Please Login
The website is www.gdist43.com for Akihiro Kamimura's works of art. He works mainly in 1/43rd scale. When he does a larger scale kit it looks almost like real. He may be the best model builder in the world who starts with a kit. I have seen several full scratch built models by other modelers that were just as good, and done without a starting base kit. Thanks Jordan, you have been quite for a while... The Make Up kit! I got one offered last year for $325,- and I passed...............that was a regretable moment.... One of the best kits ever made!
At $325.00 that would have been a steal. I bought one new back in the 1990's for just over $600.00. The nickel body is amazing. TT
