    Hi gang,

I am looking into painting & applying some more personalized livery to my Stilo helmet. Does anyone know of a reputable person / place where I can get it done? Preferably in California but anywhere in the CONTUS will work.

    Thank you in advance!

    +1 on Corby Concepts.

Mike Corby worked with me on the design some years ago and the helmet turned out awesome. Price was reasonable compared to others like Troy Lee.

I used Axcel Fast Graphics in Pasadena, they did a great job.

I got a quote from Troy Lee for 5x what I paid at Axcel...so unless you have to have the "name guy" do your helmet, I wouldn't use him.

I agree Troy Lee is mega expensive but I suggested it to the OP because they are in Cali. For sure if it were my money and I wanted it done in the US I'd ship the helmet to Corby.

    Thanks guys!

I will look into Corby & Mr Lee. I had originally reached out to Brett King just to get a feel of things and I was quoted $1,700 for the design I was looking for. He does great work as well but of course at a pretty price :) and his turnaround is currently 3 months because he's backed up w other customer orders.

Will definitely post up pix once it's completed!

I've used Troy Lee before. Expensive and S-L-O-W...

After talking with Mike Corby and numerous other shops, for my most recent lids, I selected Alex Alives at Alive Design. His prices were reasonable, quality high, communications good and turnaround relatively quick.

    See his site here...
