Congrats on the Grand National-I saw one at a car show recently that looked like it had been painted earlier that day-flipping amazing-I was surprised how impressed my kids were by it
The car I bought is actually in Road & Track article on 3 muscle cars to buy. Its fun, I cant believe the attention it pulls. My wife hated it but its growing on her.
While Canadian Uli Bieri drove an Alba chassis powered by Ferrari, he also ran even more successfully, a Tiga GT 286 also powered by Ferrari. The white car, chassis #341, was sponsored by Gaston Andrey, who was the Boston Ferrari dealer at the time, and the red car is the white car repainted. The Alba has a center opening in the front for the radiator inlet, the Tiga has more of a "shovel-nose" with two NACA ducts and has the radiators in the back. John Graham and David Tennyson, both very talented Canadian shoes, also drove the cars, as did Martino Finotto, a compatriot of Carlo Facetti
Paul Pappalardo's GTO hotly pursued by Peter Sach's later example... Great stuff! I was racing a Lotus Elite and a Fiat 850 Spider. Far cry... <grin>
