Connections at Sears Point

Does anyone have good relations with any of the shops based at Sears Point? My LeMons team was accepted for the March race and we want to have the cars shipped over from Houston. In case we can't arrange delivery and pick up on exactly the right days, we'll need someone to a) accept them from the shipper, b) store them before and after the race, c) release them to the shipper afterwards or d) all of the above.

It will be two BMW's full of spares and tools so we'd want indoor storage for security.

Hopefully we can get the transport worked out exactly, but just in case, any leads are appreciated.
