Anyone owns or knows where I can find a good examle of a 1970's corniche .

And what kind of problems should I look out when buying one from the UK. It's going to be exported to Asia and would be used less than 30 days a year .

Be very careful with rust issues. The rear 1/4's / wheel arches, doors and sills. Also the condition of the wood. Look for peeling varnish and cracked and dried leather. Also, the cars history is of course vital to.
    Best of luck!

I'm sure you will, there's no shortage of them over here in all price levels. If you can't find a Roller, why not a Bentley? You get a broader product range to chose from which is nice.

The E type is in a league all of it's own nowadays. A very desirable car and I'm sure a sound investment. Again check for rust and lipstick makeovers. I've seen some smashing restorations & some awful ones too. For peace of mind, spend a few hundred pounds and get an independent appraisal done before parting with your money would be my advice.

What kind of Bentkey would you recommend .

I saw a very nice vantage for sale in UK eBay.

The e type convertible is a bit ex for me but the car is a keeper

Don't go with the Bentkey. They are too hard to start with one of those. ;)

    Sorry I couldn't resist. :)
