    Should be there - its only 10 miles from my house..

    If you want an evening trip to the sea for a cup of tea (10 miles south of Goodwood - in The Witterings), PM me for details - kettle is always on....plenty of parking.
    (strange very English reference to tea - we have coffee too....)

    Thinking of renting out the whole house next year, so swing by if this interests you - fully catered...
