    Hello,
Does anyone have any experience with fuel tank repair specialists in England that they can recommend. And any knowledge / comments on the Re-nu process, I have read the coating can breakdown after time and clog the system???
    Best regards,
    Richard

Hi, Thanks guys. With the research I have conducted, I found Aaron- but recommendations are always good to confirm I am trusting the part to the correct person. Do you use them for business or personal car collections? I have a 78' Maserati, I noticed this year it has developed a seep / leak from the tank.

We are the same as Rustybits - Ferrari and Aston restorers. I've always found Gavin at Aaron to be really helpful and will always say if he can't do something.

Thought I would just finish off this thread.
The tank has been repaired and pressure tested by Aaron radiators.
What a fantastic job, although I haven't updated the thread until now they did it really quickly to meet the timescales I had to work with.

Put a quick coat of paint in the chassis whilst the tank was out as well. Happy to report all metalwork underneath was solid.

    Good news!

Late to the dance, but I think forging ahead with a proper metal repair, as opposed to coatings, is the way forward..
