Is the TV series The Drivers being filmed yet?

I know a lot of these racing movies get announced and then..nothing but Headline Pictures in the UK still lists this on their Television projects like so:

so I am wondering if they showed up at Goodwood, are having fake race cars built , casting (how many TV stars think they re great race drivers?) That company does get their projects filmed, The man in the High Castle being one of them but haven't heard a peep out of them since hearing about this project a few years ago.

Hirst who did the Vikings and also the Tudors...
