Potential buyer 488 - few questions

Hello All

Looking to get a 488, found a great spec car...(sensible colour combo red with black) but I do have a few questions...

- 7k miles for a March 2016 car - I assume this is considered high ?
- list with options is £250k, lots of carbon but no lift - will this be a problem - just come from a mclaren 12C with no lift and had no serious issues (had to be very careful occasionally)

- car is advertised at 10% of list , I've been told there is a deal to be done - what kind of price should I be looking for (taking into account miles etc)
