    Advice needed please.
I have sold my maserati GTs which was glorious with an X pipe..and the only way I can go is a Ferrari.
I am keen on the California as I have a young family and want to enjoy
It with them - and I definitely want a convertible. I am deciding between 2 options. V low mileage early Cali good spec and a slightly higher mileage (circa 20k) Cali 30 with lots of options (probably around 40k from factory). The higher spec car is around 8 k more expensive.

What are the forum thoughts as to the best bet for holding value vs fun.

The newer car with a few miles should be better to drive as well as still having some service contract left - as soon as you put any miles on the older car its mileage premium will be gone as well as it exposing you to lack of use issues

You might also want to take a look at the California section for more car specific advice http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/california/
