It has a rear roof line that looks like a Lusso.

I'm no expert, but maybe it is one of the Lusso's that came from the factory with the GTO front-end on it.

There was a similar car at the FCA Annual Meet in New Jersey a year and a half ago.
The claim was that it was a special version made at the Ferrari factory.

Here is a pic of the Lusso I took while at that event in NJ.

    The car or the ad?

I must say many of the pics on the sponsor's site look grabbed from the 'net.

Something's funny. Looks more like a 330LMB but it doesn't have some LMB features like the boxes on the rear fender to clear the tires, etc., and the pictures are distorted. Sponsor for a couple of months. The picture of the 300SL Gullwing is grabbed from a German dealer's site. What gives?

The pictures look to have been taken at Nick Soprano's old location of his Classic and Sports Cars when he was located in White Plains, NY.

Nick had a 330LMB for a year or so. Gone from his site now.

Well, the car in the picture has front fender slots and rear fender relief vents.
It's the full side windows, that throw the appearance off from a 'normal" GTO.

    I can't see the fender boxes...old eyes.

OK...I can just make out the leading edge of it.

I wondered whether it was a "dealer" trawling, and If I send him $10,000 now, he will send me information OR if I send a cheque to his Indonesian/ Nigerian bank account were his grandfather is waiting to release his collection of Bugatti/ Ferrari one off's or any number of other "activities".

It seemed strange that with the proliferation of high end dealers, such as Nick Soprano, Talacrest, Symbolic Motors, Kidston et al with there obvious professionalism, that you would use such a sales method to sell your 250 GTO/ LMB.

Will be fascinating to see if they last until day 2.

If this is a legitimate ad, it would be the first time in 30 years that a 250GTO was or needed to be advertised for sale.

I believe that this is the 330LMB, a 250LM and some other Ferrari candy at Nick Soprano's Motor Classic taken a couple of years ago in White Plains. Sorry, couldn't resist including my car parked out front!

Thankfully his new shop in Bedford Hills has a lot more space so that the cars don't have to be crammed in so tightly!

On further review, the pictures in the ad were NOT taken at Motor Classic!

This (post #3) is 4385 GT of Lee Herrington, standard 250 GT Lusso with original factory bodywork by Scaglietti (like a 330 LMB). Not a race car.

And the car in the right rear with the blue and white stripe is 09015, a genuine 275 GTB/C.
