Yes that is a BRDC Car Badge. This car was originally blue medio with black inside. Then it was two tone. I always assumed it was still blue and the roof was painted a lighter shade. But I have no evidence either way. Theo, can you help here. Later Dalton had it painted yellow, as can be seen in T&CC October 1977. It was still black inside. I take it that 'Barchetta' means the car was yellow outside / black inside as oppose to two tone yellow/black outside. Mark
I use to see this in Yellow regularly in South Kensington...mid 1970's-early 1980's.....Then JFD 1. Originally registered 3 HLA.......Andrew had 2 HLA, Clapton has 4 HLA...the ex Campbell Golding car was 6 HLA and of course Bill Collins still owns 9 HLA. Have to say Yellow didn't suit the car.
