A nice gentleman who knows the team at R&E Restaurações, Brazil's premier restoration shop, sent me the following pictures of s/n 17015, a beautiful dark blue Daytona being well taken care of here in Brazil. Enjoy!

(Sorry, I do not know the S/N of the red car with Borrani wheels..)

    Wrong color, unfortunately.
This Daytona was born Blu Dino 106-A-72.

I was thinking exactly that, it doesn't look like a right color. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to tell them that now, but I tried to get the s/n when it was bare metal and they never replied... Too bad.

Do you know anything else about the car's history, Marcel?

    The six cars that reside here are: 17033, 17015, 16387, 16341, 14017, 14133

Pics of a few of them above. If I manage to get more, I'll post them here.

That's all I have for now. Any information about the early life of any of these cars, though, is very welcome!

Awesome! My dad still remembers seeing a Daytona in Rio in the 70s which he says is what made him love Ferraris.

Probably 16387 pictured in period above with Rio plates, owned at the time by the Klabin family.
