Ooops, I realised that F of UK would have OEM parts only! (hey, its late at night, my brain is half-asleep) But try them anyways, it may be still reasonably priced... |

You can get them from Dennis McCann as I metioned (http://www.allferrariparts.com/), or you can try Ferrari of UK, a sponsor of this site (http://www.ferrari.co.uk/classicparts/index.asp). |

Timothy, I bought my head gaskets from Dennis McCann and I chose the aftermarket ones. At that time (two years ago) they were $125 each ($250 ea. for Ferrari ones) and no problems since. |

Hi Tim, If you are referring to the elring gaskets, as aftermarket...they are of very high quality and are superior to the OE gaskets. I recently used these on my BB engine overhaul...and absolutely zero oil or coolant seepage. Regards, David |

What are the group's thoughts on the after market head gaskets vs the factory gaskets? Where have you found the best prices for these items? Is it best to just buy the full engine gasket set? Any experiences will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
