There is a silicone boot under a Porsche racing part-number that fits F355s made of silicone and willing to take a lot more abuse than the Ferrari parts. I don't know if this one will fit, but it costs less thatn the Ferrari part and will save you down the road. I had both of mine changed earlier this year at about $800.

The right side CV joint boot on my BB512i has torn and allowed grease to sling out. The left side feels very dry as well. I plan to go ahead and replace the boots on both sides. What would be a fair parts/labor price to do the job ? I have been quoted $350 per side by the dealer.
