Before you buy one of these, check them out. A few of them have gone BK and left their policy holders in the lurch.

I am running out of factory warranty on my SUV and want to extend it. I hear there are aftermarket places that will do this cheaper than the dealers rip-off price. Normal questiond I guess. Anyone experience with this or a claim with one of these? Where do you take them? Do they have any checks to prevent scams or deny service? Fine print I should know about?
