Does it have the sport suspension option? The A4 i had wsa eqipped with this. The first thing you should get is a tranny brace and new tires. the brace installs underneith the tranny and really stiffens the whole thing up. I think APR and neuspeed makes them. H&R make good coil overs, but unless you will be tracking it and really need the adjustability, coil overs probably arent worth the $2k you woud spend on them. |

Don, I was a previous owner of a 1996 Audi A4 and upgraded the stock suspension to a kit from Eibach. It was a street based kit but offered much better handling for track days and still offered a good ride on DC's bumpy streets. Check with any aftermarket shop that stocks Eibach suspension kits. I just bought a 2000 A4 quattro and the suspension is rather soft and the car dives under braking.What spring shock sway bars, combination, supplier of suspension parts can anyone recommend. Thanks Winston |
