Pay the ticket. If you try to fight it on those grounds, it will just piss off the judge. |

not a lawyer but pretty safe to say it does not void it, that said you could go to court and argue that the officer clearly made one mistake in simply writing down info from your registration and how can he be relied on to clock your speed correctly. |

Hey all, first night online in a month (new house just got internet.) Hope everyones doing well. Anyway, I have a question for the lawyers on the board. While I was driving through South Carolina, I recieved a ticket. However, on the ticket, it says my car is a 2001 BMW. It is, in fact, not. Its a 2000. Does this make the ticket void? |
