Does anyone know if the recently enacted $100,000 depreciation allowance for vehicles with a GVWR over 6,000 lbs. just applies to trucks/suv's? Also does it have to be a new vehicle, or would a used one count? You can probably see where I'm going with this - a used Lambo LM002 or even a big Bentley - would they qualify? Just curious.
