Yea, there are some errors with 308/328 differences. 308 QV's have the wing behind the roof line of the cabin as well...not just 328s.

Just to stay on topic, besides the 360 spyder I saw, I saw a nice Pantera on the 405S, a Maserati Spyder on Santa Monica, and even though it was in the dealership...its still worth mentioning: a 275 gts.

Jordan,
Ha! That was exactly my complaint as well. Other than that, I like it more and more each time I watch it. I guess the only other complaint is that they fumble with some of the model names, which might be confusing to people a bit less knowledgable. But, overall very rich in content and footage. I like the sort of "extra" stuff besides model info too.

Eric, yea I got the 50 years one. Its pretty good! Im not done with it though. My only complaint is that they play music durring scenes with the cars driving...cant hear the engines! Good footage and information though

I was passed on the 60 fwy today by a black 348 Serie Speciale. I always forget how nice even the most mundane of F-cars can look when it's surrounded by ordinary automobiles. Sounded great too.

I was attending a wedding reception on Sat night at the Regent Beverly in Beverly Hills and there was a really nice red 348ts with chrome wheels parked in front.

Not a big deal for BH, but thought I'd post. It was a really clean car, although the chrome wheels are not my first choice.

Last night on the way home from work. I saw a silver 360 in Hollywood. Then on the 101 north a young couple in a nice silver 330. And THEN today on the way to work I saw a red 250 GTO!!!! on the north bound 101, just past the 405. That guy must be nuts driving a car like that in holiday traffic.

I know it's not a Ferrari but, I saw a nice yellow Diablo, headed west on Sunset, on my lunch break yesterday.

Went into a Ferrari/Mercedes repair shop in Costa Mesa right next to John Wayne Airport and looked around for a bit. They had a few totalled 360s, one a Challenge car. In the corner being worked on I saw a BEAUTIFUL 250GT California Spyder...I run over drooling *not literally :-)* and the mechanic had to disappoint me telling me it was a replica :-(

I was at the Orange County Performing Arts center this afternoon for a while and when pulling out of one of the parking areas I saw a gorgeous Aston Martin Vanquish pull out right in front of me. They are rare cars --and beautiful cars as well-- and I was so excited to see it, even though its not a Ferrari :-)

Crazy day today. I went concert blitzing across southern california to 4 concerts and recitals.

Anyway, I saw 4 Ferraris on the 405 South :
-Red 328 GTS
-Red 360 coupe
-Silver 360 Spider
-Red 348 coupe with black speedlines. Was it you Byron? Couldnt get a look at the driver or tell if it was a Challenge car...but how many 348s have black speedlines anyway?

Then driving around Beverly Hills I saw:
-Red 348 spider
-Red 355 spider

All those along with a few Rolls royces and Bentleys, the usual share of 911 Turbos, SL500s, Boxsters and so on. I was hoping to see that Enzo you guys talk about but no luck today.

Byron, I spoke to the guys at Newport Autosports. The car sounds nice, but it is white. I am determinied to get a red one from 1992-1994.

That's a near miss! btw... did you get a message from JL? He told me about the visit to BH with you to see the 512TR... I saw a beautiful 1991 Testarossa with 6k miles at Newport Autosports for 69k... in case you are interested.

As for Fspotters...

Last night, in hollywood, near Ivar, saw a yellow 360 Modena and silver 360 spider.
This afternoon, saw a YELLOW testarossa going south on Lincoln near Marina del Rey, and a nice red 348 tb parked nearby, too. :-)

Couple of 550's, 3 or 4 360's a 355 and the red 512TR that I drove today. Of course we were on Wilshire near FoBH and around BH.

Got pulled over by the BH police (lights and siren). He was very nice. He said I "blew through the light" (it was yellow but I punched it to get through on Sunset at Whittier). He said I was going 50 in a 35. I told him I was in a test drive, the owner said I had just gotten in it and was not familiar with the power. He replied "this is a Ferrari, what do you think happens when you step on it?"

He was very nice and let me go with a relatively mild warning to be careful and take it easy. Needless to say I was a bit nervous and shaken up to be chased with lights and siren.
