I really like the 355, but after school and all, my first Ferrari will probably be a 348... Unless, the 355 get's cheaper in a few years... Plus, the insurance for a top of the line V12 exotic will not be cheap, not for a kid anyway... |

Mr 0011, F50 is not designed for a street car. Only on track. So if you are not really into rally and all the track stuff, I don't recommend getting it since it is not a comfortable car. Among all the current Ferraris (I have test drove a 360 F1, 360 6 speed, 355 F1, 355 6 speed, 456 6 speed, 550 only comes in 6 speed) I like 550 the best for GT everyday car and 360 F1 as a weekend car. 550 has the best gear shifter compared to 355 6 speed and 360 6 speed. As your first, I think you will like a 355 6 speed!! 456 is the slowest among all because it is heavy with 430 HP recommended for older retired men, I think, especially with GTA transmission and it has 4 seaters too for his grandkids |

Ya... but now I want a V12 Ferrari... When I'll be able to get one I'll be screwed with the choices lol... I wonder if the F50 will get cheaper in 10 years... |

Mr 0011, it is okay. I know that owning Ferrari(s) created lots of enviousness but hey, someone deserved it and you gotta pay some respect. You will have yours too someday, it is just the matter of time!! F.S. |

lol Frankie... that's one way to put it. I'm going to school so I don't have new Fcar money though... I'm still looking for a toy though... What do you think of Ducati's superbike lineup? BTW, when I get a 360 (yes, I've planed it out, I'm getting one lol) I want to get one with the F1 shifters... Does the shift speed depend on the throttle, they way you pull back on the padle, or what? I hear it's both.... sorry if I offended you with my previous comment... |

Mr. 0011, I don't consider myself a lucky bastard??? But I believed in the excellence, and the highest level. If I were you, I would rather sell all your cars you have and get one 575M F1 and 360 spyder F1. It is just a suggestion, though!! |

Has anyone driven the 360 in Blue Ridge Parkway, North Carolina state?? I put 300 miles on my sweet 360 F1, starting from Greensboro, NC to Southern Virginia state, down to Ashville, NC and back to Greensboro. The park stretches from southern Virginia State all the way down to northern Tennessee with North Carolina state in the middle. It is highly recommended to practice your downshift 3rd and upshift 4th gear with a F1 paddle shift on 70-90 mph cornering!!! |

Tim, I think black allow front grills to be blended in better with the rest of the car. The 360 also look much slimmer in black. The curves and surface details of the car are accentuated much better because of the greater amount of reflections. |

Willis, do you feel that black sort of hides the lines of the car? I think it does so more on a F355. I have never seen a coupe in black, but ive seen a spider in black and i think it looks great. |

Hmmm.... Xmas with the in-laws or a transurethral resection of prostate....Frankly, I see this as a greater dilemma than which red car to drive :-) |

Thanks Willis-hope to meet you someday when the Seattle grp joins the Portland grp.Last yr there were as many Seattle cars as Portland for the drive to the coast. Jason-roto-rooter job is the euphemism for transurethral resection of prostate.Had nothing scheduled this month so thought I'D try it out! |

Martin 'roto rooter' job....Obviously a highly specialised medical term :-) Anyway glad to hear you're on the mend....Merry Xmas Jason |

Jason, Black on black would make the car look like a blackhole. Black on tan would also be a good combination but it's too common. If too many 360s come out with my color combination, I'll have to dream up something unique for the next one. |

Yeah I agree. That's a nice combo. When it's all red it become overwhelming (a 550 was like that on ebay). |

Just the standard bordeaux interior. The steering wheel and dash are black leather. Too weird if the whole interior is red. |

Willis you have a mean looking car. I never realized how good the 360 looks in black until seeing yours. Do you have the Bordeaux steering wheel and all? Peter, I still love the GT4 dash, I can't get over it everytime I see. Just so cool. |

Great car and great pictures, Willis! Thanks for sharing. One small question: could you tell me the official colour name? Is it Nero (non-metallic), Nero Daytona Metallizzato or even something else?? Just curious ..... Grtx, Edvar |
