Gregory My floor was terrible. I wish I had taken some photos. It was stained with oil and grease from a host of leaking cars. It was cracked pretty badly also. The U-Coat-It prep kit had everything needed to degrease and patch the floor. All I needed was a wire brush and the muriatic acid to etch the floor after the degreasing and crack patching. The prep work is what makes a great floor. Just take your time and really get the floor clean. I have painted 3 garage floors and the U-Coat-It floor has the best shine and texture of any of the others I did. steve

Hey Steven the floor looks great. I guess the thing that troubles me most is the fact my garage has many large oil stains from the last qwner of my house. I'm not sure I could ever get it clean. |

Gregory I used U-Coat-it this past summer. I have used other brands before and I feel the U-Coat-It was a better product. I used the medium gray with deco flakes and I used the A/F Clearcoat. The installation kit included everything. The prep work is the key. The only additional thing you will need is muriatic acid. I get mine at Lowes for about $10.00 for 2 gallons which ws plenty for my 20X20 garage. Here are a few pics:

Has anybody used the product UCOATIT on their garage floor? If yes, what did you think. I know the buildings at the Carlisle PA car shows have the floors done and they look great. Thanks |
