Kurt, I agree with Martin's comment from this past Wednesday. That would be a better approach. The Maranello Madness is in a few weeks, Nov 6 -9th at Moroso. You should give it a try and contact the FCA Florida Region. You can try Cavallino's email at [email protected] or call them at 561-994-1345. |

That is too bad Kurt,I hate to hear stuff like that, but I guess it is their show, so they set the rules. BTW when is Cavallino this year? I may end up going. |

Kurt, I don't think that you will have much of a chance there. It is truely a great event but Cavallino keeps the lid pretty tight. I can not see how two ventors can hurt you there since you can price equal if you have the same items. Try some of the off-events like: FCA Sebring Spring Spectacular in April FCA Maranello Madness in November FCA New Orleans event in October (now that would be a #1 on my list) ItaliaFest one week after Cavallino. Surely not as big. Martin

I have never been to a Ferrari concorso show before, last year, I tried very hard to get into the Cavalino show here in Florida, all to no avail. I had asked to be a vendor of Ferrari & Lamborghini Literature & was promptly turned down. The reason given was that they already had a vendor at the show & "he has been doing this event for many years & we are not interested in having two people the same sell similar products, so sadly, we can't accept your application." Over the past year, my business has grown over 200%, I carry roughly 3000 different Ferrari & Lamborghini books and pieces of memorabilia in different formats, I have some incredible products, many of which people would love to be able to buy, if they knew we had them. I can't think of a more apt way to get out and about than to go "do the shows" As it stands, Cavalino already have the one vendor, you probably know who this chap is, my question is, does anyone have any ideas on how to get my foot in the door, anyone have any friends @ Cavalino that can help out? Thanks for any help you guys can give. Kurt. |
