Another good place is right out out of the Lincoln Tunnel called Lantana's. Great Italian food, and the type of place that no one ever touch a car there...wink wink.

ok, lets get back to organizing the dinner, we have to make this a strong showing for our fearless leader Rob. We could go out in NYC but NYC is hardly ferrari friendly especially since most places you need to park in a garage. I would suggest a place right accross the river in NJ by the GWB -- Grissini in englewood cliffs. Great place for a bunch of F-cars to meet up. I have seen an F-40 there and a bunch of f-cars would make nice competition for the BMW and MBs that normally line the front row of parking. Plus it has great food and is about a 1/2 mile from FNA (not sure that matters but what the hell). I could hop over to NYC and pick up Rob and Jennie (as long as she does not mind the back seat of a mondial cab). let me know your thoughts

WM Hart,

Yes, though technically it is a PRIMEDIA show. Stereophile has been purchased lock, stock and barrel a few times in the past few years. Still... it is a high-end audio and video/Home Theater show. Personally, i'd rather be driving a Ferrari than attend yet another audio show (attend about 8 a year).

If you REALLY want to have fun, go to the nyNOISE show. It is a DIY show to be held in New York City at Arlene Grocery (a NYC rock club) on Saturday, May 31 and starts at 12pm. THAT is THE show to attend IMHO.

Steve: what is it, the Stereophile show? i used to be very involved, but got distracted by little italian cars in the last few years.

I think our plans are Broadway on Wednesday and then a dinner with any users around on Thursday, but we'll see.

I forgot where, but we have reservations at a hotel in lower Manhattan Wed. and Thr. night and then I think Darien Fri. and Sat. night.

Here in a week or two we'll decide where we want to meet up and what time. That part I'll have to leave up to the New Yorkers.

I'll double check with the little woman, but if we are around, i'd be delighted to take you and your wife to dinner. will you be staying in Manhattan until the wedding? Also, our house is pretty spacious; assuming we are around, we could book you into our place, unless it has been fully booked. (we are in westchester, not far from conn.)

Jennie and I will be in NYC on Wednesday and Thursday, then Friday we'll be going to CT for a weekend wedding.

Who would be interested in meeting for dinner Thursday night in NYC?
