sharpie marker! reminds me of in the movie pretty woman when Richard Gere says "you make $250/hr and you use a safety pin to hold up your boots?"

Is there a color of black or gloss level? Flat black, semi gloss etc? If it is just smooth from the factory then it shouldn't be a big deal to just sand off the old and spray the new. The black touchup you mention sounds like a great idea for those nose scrapes. Thanks.

My 90 TR lower black stock panels are smooth. The %100 perfect matching touchup spray can I have comes in VERY handy. They also have a spray for the rough textured finish. I have never seen the sides rough only the front spoiler, and I think it's something people have added afterwards to hide the scrapes, nicks and chips that are so common on that front spoiler.

I see many 84-91 TR's with the black parts under the front noseclip and door painted to match the body color.

I personally don't like this.

I wonder how difficult it would be to revert back to stock if I bought a used TR with this painted?

I ask becasue the stock black is rough and the new body color is smooth. How can they get the proper texture back? Is it in the paint or on the body parts?
