JM Just look around, the booster seats for older kids work the best since they are not as bulky. I use the Mercedes Benz child seat for my two year old. Its not the best safety wise but I am not doing 100 with my daughter in the car. It works with the two point harness. My daughter also goes nuts for the F-car. She can only say about 50 words but one of them is ferrari. She cried for 1 hour yesterday after she saw my son and me go for a ride without her. |

I was using the Cosco Eddie Bauer booster, then a simple booster (no back to get them away from front seats) and finally I switched to modified Sparco driver harnesses and that holds them in place well. The main reason for moving to the Sparcos was because the 89 only had 2 point harnesses, while my 92 had 3 point. Benefit is that the Sparco holds them in place when they fall asleep, no worries about projection over the belt etc. - JMG |

My two year old goes nuts whenever he sees me pulling out in my red Mondial. I would like very much to take him along for a ride but our regular baby car seat is too bulky and way too ugly! Can a 2+2 owner direct me to a web site where I could get a nice tan leather baby seat ? Please don't tell me Ferrari makes them because I have to save money so my kid can go to college ! |
