Terry, Will call you on Sat. Sounds interesting. Was not going to go into Intel this weekend, but I want to finish the software design document for Tuesday so will spent a little time there. Does not have to be done at a particular time, just by Tuesday. Best way normally to contact me is by email. Outside Intel, best email is [email protected] Intel email is [email protected] The x means I am a consultant. When I first saw it, thaught it meant that they were giving me women, but no such luck. If at Intel, always have email running in the background. Dave |

Dave, If you are not too busy this weekend, give me a call and we can go to the indoor Karting track or I can take you by some of the dealers in town. Our next event is September 8th which will be a drive to Bartlet Lake. This drive has a nice little road with a couple switchbacks and it isn't too busy as long as we get an early start. We will have bagles and coffee and OJ you are welcome to join us. It sounds like you are going to be busy working, but if you have the time it will be fun. Terry |

Terry, I will give you a call this weekend or next week. Right now I am staying at the Red Roof Inn on Chandler and 10, but am not normally there. They are close to Intel, reasonablly priced, reasonablly nice, allow dogs and I got a special discount. Their number is 480/857-4969, room 125. I am working out of a temptory office at Intel. Am scheduled to get a phone at Intel on Tuesday. My cell is 513/675-9636. Today I am writting the Software Architecture Specification for new programs to solve problems in Marketing. Intel wants this approved, Low Level Design done, coded, tested, and deployed on Sep 30. There is a good chance I will be here in Oct. Dave |

Dave, When you come to Phoenix give me a call(602.717.0802). I am the communication director for the Arizona Region of the FCA and we have many events throughout the year. To answer your question there is about 4 dealers in the Phoenix area that sell pre-owned Ferraris and one Authorized Dealer. The Authorized dealer is small and usually does not have a lot of cars for sale, but the people are very nice and knowledgeable. Exotics of Scottsdale probably has the largest number of Ferraris for sale and Motorsports of Scottsdale is probably right behind them in number of cars. If you are going to be hear in October we will have some great things going on. I think you will be impressed with the AZ group of the FCA. |

Thanks for all the information about Detroit. At first Detroit seemed like any large city, then it grew on me. Saturday about a week and a half ago was part of the Dream Cruise until around 3:30 PM. Then started a high speed 2,000 mile drive to Phoenix. Monday morning 6 AM less than two days later started work at Intel in Phoenix (Chandler) as Senior Documentum, Visual Basic, DOT Net Consultant/Troubleshooter/Programmer plus system and software architect. I will probably be here until the end of September. Smokies were heavy, especially in OK and Texas. There were over 15 speed traps in the 2,000 miles. V-1 saved me every time. I do not often do drives like this, but want the Ferrari to be capable of it. Put the top down, put on good music, throw in a water and food dish for the dog, and go. Quick glance at the phone book showed one Ferrari place in Phoenix. How good is it? Are there any others? Thanks, Dave
