I felt it is my obligation to report to the users of FerrariChat the experience I had with Ferrari of Houston (FOH). I bought my 98 355 Challenge from them in late February. They shipped it (balanced, and completely setup to my specifications) via Horseless Carriage, and I put it directly into my trailer, ready and waiting to head out to the track in early May. When I got to the track, I noticed that my oil pressure was close to zero (actually, it was 10 pounds). FOH arraigned to have the car shipped from the track down to Houston. They promptly found and corrected the very minor issue, tested the car, and shipped it back via Horseless Carriage all within 1 week. This was all done at no cost to me. I feel it is important to mention this, as FOH has shown a great emphasis in the customer service area, and it should be noted as such. Before I bought the car, I flew down there (from NY) to check it out. Being a hardcore car guy, (as we all are) I must say that I was most impressed with their shop, and how extensive it was. Seperate rooms or buildings for; carbon work, 333sp work, gearbox work, engine building, 355/360 challenge work, bodywork, metal fabrication, and I'm sure I'm missing several other areas that are built out to the 10th degree. If you get a chance, check it out! |
