The best is Vinny at Autoelite in Fort Lee New Jersey. He is one of few mechanics that go up to the challenge races with Ferrari of Long island. You can call him at 201-947-2371. tell him Eli send you.

Another place you could check out is Autosport Designs in Mineola, NY (Long Island). I'm satisfied with their work.

Lou,

I also use Bill Pollard in Gaylordsville, CT and have been very happy with his work. There are usually some really neat Ferrari's of various vintages to ogle when you're. On my last trip, 275GTB, BB, 330 GTC. Bill is a great guy to talk to about just about anything to do with Ferrari.

I most recently had him do the 30,000 on my 308 QV.

Tony

Lou, I use Bill Pollard at SPort Auto, he is a little further North about 1/2 way up the W side of CT in Gaylordsville straight up Rt 7. I have used him since 1990 with no problems. His phone is 860-350-1515

Seeing that you are located in White Plains, (I am too), Nick Soprano's shop is just north of us- a 5 minute ride from the high school. Supposedly does great work, and I know a few people who are very satisified.

I was wondering if anyone has a mechanic and/or
shop in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT that they have used and can recommend.

Miller Motorcars did the major belt service and I have found Jack and Lee to be honest, straight-shooting guys. I want to get someone not dealer affiliated for the less critical stuff like oil changes, etc.

I know that a clutch job is in the future and want to know if I can convert my 348 double disk to a single disk without too much of a nightmare.

Any assistance is appreciated.
