Initially offense taken (like most people I do not like the feeling of being attacked), but that feeling has long passed. Interest in NJ is money, chances to explore a new area, meet interesting (?) people, and what appears to be a great job. I am used to going into new areas. J&J is overloaded in the Document/Knowledgement Management area plus they want to rapidly expand it. LIke most companies, they do not have much experience in these areas. I think I fit well with the people there. I can get involved with the business planning, making recommendations (and fighting for them), bending technology to meet their needs, and seeing the results meet their needs. I enjoy it most when I can be involved in the entire process. I think I can make a difference at J&J and I find that exciting. Might not have as much time to be on Ferrarichat, but will still be on here occassionally. |

My attorney is with the firm of: Roll em', Burn em' , and smoke em'. Dave, Bruce is the aggressive recruiter in the New York, New Jersey, Penn. and CT Ferrarichat Region Welcome Wagon. He is not a bad guy. I would enjoy driving down to Jersey and meeting you, and I know that all of us would like to welcome you to the area. We all have contacts in the area, and will be more than happy to help you find a Ferrari. That is what Ferrari Chat is all about... Networking. Dwight Hutchison

Guy's Relax!!!!! Dave I know what it is like to be swamped and away from home for work....Bruce cut Dave some slack...we want him to feel welcome in NJ. Dave, Bruce is a good guy, he is sometimes a bit blunt but does not mean any harm, he also likes (loves) to stir the pot. Dave if you need anything, just drop us a note and we shall see what any of us can do.

Have only agreed to meet one person at a dealership; got tied up at work, called them that I would be late. Met them there. I have only borrowed two magazines. On the day that I was suppose to return them, got a call that they could not make it. Set up another date two days later and they were returned. That is alright - I can find my way around Princeton by myself. Dave

Will be in NJ on the 19th. As of Saturday noon, no emails from anyone from Ferrarichat at [email protected]. Have not checked it since Sat. Sat. afternoon looking at cars and exploring the local area. Sat. evening checking out the nightlife. Sunday took the dog and went looking at cars. There are a couple of cars I have been considering (although time is short)and I wanted to check out the alternatives. If a deal could be worked out, then would bring the just purchased Ferrari to NJ. Sunday night was with Lynn. I do have many things to do before a major move - I am glad you have all the time in the world. Do not yet own a Ferrari - I came to the board about a year ago to learn about Ferraris: to learn if they were the cars for me and if so which one. I think to learn is a valid reason to join a chat group. Since I have never had any dealings with members of chat group, I do not know how anyone can say I have negative responsibilities or could be a fraud. Call people like the CEO of Browning/Winchester or Charles' assistant, and they will tell you how seriously I take my responsibilities. These are what some people think of my photo skills. If I am a fraud, you should be so lucky. But do not worry, this fraud will not contact you.

What is the Ferrari scene like in Princeton, NJ? Any good dealers, contacts? Unless Computer Sciences Corp for NASA, Boeing in Long Beach, Abbott/TAP in Chicago, or Hartford in CT, come up with better offers, I am off in about a week to help Johnson & Johnson impliment new technologies, improve efficinces, and meet business goals. Is there a good dealer in Princeton area? It is with some sadness that I will leave Phoenix. Thanks to all the great people here. Scottsdale Ferrari is the best dealer I have seen to date. I will have to decide on a couple of cars before I leave. If one is ever in this area, Scottsdale also has some really nice nightclubs. Have a great one, Dave |
