Tazio - long story short - range is $45,000 to $90,000 U.S. A few exceptional examples outside of that range on both ends. Variables include: California driver will prefer BBi with B.A.R. sticker (worth more in California). Non-California not encumbered by B.A.R. sticker or smog equipment. BBi equals later model - desired by some. 365 and 512 carbureted desired by purists, albeit a little more hassle to keep carbs all synchronized then with injected models. Non-red more desirable to some. 1983/84 had metric wheels and tires with slightly wider rims. Some say metric size represents difficulty in finding tires. I prefer the wider wheel. Non-red, low mileage, California certified, show condition - $85,000. Red, U.S. (non-California), 30,000 miles, needs 30k service, good interior and exterior - $60,000. I saw one at Sheehans last week - blue, beige, (can't remember miles - approximately 50,000), 1978, carbureted, so-so condition - probably will go for $50,000 or less. Andy Cohen has one in Beverly Hills, silver, needs clutch (6,000 miles, needs service because of time), burgundy interior, gorgeous car, just beautiful - showroom condition. Despite clutch and service, he wants around $85,000. Hope this helps. Jim S. |
