Armen,

Could you do anything with a European Enzo? I find them here in Germany for around $850K. I know you can't import a 360 that's newer than a 2001, but maybe the Enzo will be allowed.

Keonig TR Compition..1000hp!!!
550 Barchetta
BMW 650CSi...homemade M70/M73 V12 powered 6 series..what bmw should have done :-)

Tony,
I got offered a new U.S. ENZO yesterday. $1,000,000. But he said it won't be delivered until Jan. 03??? I just can't seem to pull the trigger. This economy has slowed things down alot. We'll see when there are more in the states. If there are any SERIOUS buyers on this car, please call me at Newport Autosport (949)574-5600.

Armen, thats not fair you already have those cars, except for the Daytona. Maybe you have the Daytona hidden away. By the way when are you getting your Enzo?

2. 1963 Ferrari 250 GTO
3. 1962 Aston Martin DB4GT Zagato
4. 1966 Ferrari 275 GTS NART Spyder
5. 1970 Porsche 917K (the Lemans winner)

Hmmmmm what am I going to drive on the street? I guess the Aston if its raining and the NART if its sunny :-) Considering thats over $20 million in cars, perhaps a list of 5 cars I actually WILL have in my collection is smarter:

1. 1969 Porsche 911S
2. 1972 Ferrari Daytona
3. 1967 Jaguar E-Type Roadster
4. 1995 Porsche 993 (drive this daily)
5. 1973 Porsche 2.8 RSR (HSR vintage race car)

If I had money to burn, hummmmmm lets see.....

1) Ferrari F50 GT1
2) Mercedes Benz CLK GTR
3) McLaren F1 GTR
4) Porsche 911 GT1
5) Bugatti EB110

Speeking of the Oscar Mayer Mobile, I had a windsheild repair business and had to fix a crack in their windshield. Charged him $40 for the repair. The window on the one I fixxed was a custom job and the kid told me that it costed $6,000 for each side. So I guess that my $40 repair was money well spent. At that price I wonder if the window came from the Ferrari factory hahahaaaaaaa.

1. Ferrari Boxer or Testarossa for weekend / friday fun.
2. Ferrari 328 project car for the extra garage space.
3. BMW M3 for Monday-Thursday commute, bullet proof, reliable, and a working AC.
4. My wife requests a Mercedes S-class for her and the kids.
5. Ducati 748 for those warm summer afternoons carving the roads up above Berkeley, and then stop to watch the sunset, if my wife would let me.

McClaren and Enzo and etc... way out of my budget. I need dreams that are achievable.

1- Daytona, for the old fashioned sensory experience (check).
2- 420 spider F1, for maximum contrast with the Daytona experience (waiting list for '04).
3- X5 4.6is, for the family (will trade in my 4.4 in april 03)
4 and 5 is dreaming, for now I'll be totally satisfied if I can get 1 AND 2, rather than 1 OR 2

This has been posted MANY times before, but it is always fun to list favorite Ferraris. Plus I know I have answered this question so many times and I don't think I have ever listed the same 5 cars.

1) 1964 275 LM (any color)- got a ride in one a few weeks ago and it is just amazing the sound and looks!!
275LM
2) 1985 288 GTO (red/black)- this is the car that started my obsession at age 12
288gto
3) 1965 330 GT 2+2 (blue/maroon)- I want a 4-headlight interim car with the 5 speed trans.
330gt2+2
4) 1987 328 GTS (Chiarro Blue/Tan)- one of the best modern shapes with bullet proof reliability.
328gts
*I can't decide between these two for #5!
5a) 1951 250MM Vignale Spyder (Red/tan)- a beautiful shape and a dream to have an early barchetta
250mm
5b) 1961 250GT Zagato (blue)-my favorite car at the nationals this year and to have a Ferrari bodied by Zagato, WOW!
Zagato 250gt

I would definately have other brands of cars but I would want all of my Ferraris first.

F50 (giallo)
F40 (red)
360 SPIDER (giallo and manual- my most likely 348TS trade up)
Lambo Diablo - any
Lambo Miura SV - A SHAPE TO DIE FOR

Would love to include a Mercedes e.g. SL or SLR but my memory of how bad my SLK was as a drivers car are too recent! Would also like to have included a Porker but having had a couple and being a bit too common in the UK they no longer hold any WOW factor for me.

Ones that nearly made my list are:

De Tomaso Pantera (for its looks)
512BB (living affordable legend)
MB 300 SL Roadster (for its looks)

Haven't included the 250GTO because its just so unattainable that I dont see the point.

Within the last 10 years: (classics would make it to difficult)

1. McLaren F1- The best all around supercar EVER!
2. Ferrari 512tr- Somewhat more classic styling then the 512m (although less performance)- After spending a summer at the track with one, either this or a 355 will be my first Ferrari...
3. Audi RS6- a beater car (relative to the rest) for daily driving... Something I can park anywhere and not worry about what happens to it- and something that will last the NY winter
4. Pagani Zonda C12s- the best looking/oddest supercar in the world- something rare that almost no one knows about...
5. Lamborghini Diablo Roadster- a convertible for the colletion

My top 5 would be:

1. F355tb (the one I own)
2. 360 Modena
3. 1964 275 LM
4. 1967 Dino
5. 288 GTO

I've listed the great ones last because they are probably not as fun to drive as the new cars, but the 275 LM I remember winning Le Mans in the mid 60s when I first became interested in Ferraris, the 288 GTO is the new rendition of the older GTO and I think a better car, although a LOT less money. The Dino is prehaps the best looking Ferrari ever produced. (I know Frank, they weren't Ferraris.)

In no Particular order:

Alfa Romeo Spider: Timeless lines and the best bang for your buck.

Ferrari 308 GTB: What can I say; I am in love.

Dino 246gt: The most beautiful automotive shape ever

Mercedes 300SL Gullwing: Technically fascinating and stunning engineering for its time

Lamborghini Countach LP400: The very first without any of the flares, wings, or bits that would only ruin a most awesome of shapes.

You may argue with my opinion but this is my top 5. I have owned the Alfa Spider and am working on the GTB. My goal is to own each one at one time in my life.
