The net has left it a bit behind but if you check it out every week it does give you a feeling about the market. There are a lot of very low mileage cars for sale at prices that are getting lower. It reminds me of the crash (Of Ferrari Prices) in the early nineties. |

James, what do you think of the NYT Automobile section?? I generally do not peruse it, so I just checked it out given the number of cars you indicated were listed. Unfortunately, first impressions are that the site leaves a lot to be desired. Main complaints: (1) It was unable to load half the time (I run DSL) (2) All Ferrari ads were without pictures -- major negative (3) Hard to tell if seller is dealer or private individual (4) Slow loading / reloading I prefer eBay (great pics, good layout), or Yahoo Classifieds, which has much better summaries. There are 18 360's for sale in todays NY Times. Some with less than 250 miles. |
