Terry, If the stains are water stains you have to stop the leak first or it will return. Touching it up will be tricky but you could use a cotton swab or a small artist brush with the black leather dye and gradually touch areas until it looks uniform. Be careful and don't use too much. |

I am caring for a 1969 206GT dino, it has a newely installed mouse hair dash. It looks like the weather stripping needs to be replaced because it has some water stains in the corners fo the dash. Does anyone have an idea on how to remove these stains? I noticed the thread about redying the dash, but I would rather not do that considering the dash is so new. Any help would be appreciated. |
