The changeover takes about 25 minutes or maybe a bit less with practice, with assistance I can do it in about 15. The carbon tops are not heavy but a bit bulky for only one person. There are a few shims required, Torx and Allen head sockets. The tool kit supplies all these but it's faster with larger ratchet wrenches. IMO the car looks better with the hardtop, but is WAY more fun to drive with the targa set-up, no soft top installed. Open air is the way to go. Ps. The pics are impressive. Francisco J. One guy says that he's never put the top on and the other guy says that he's never taken his off. It made me wonder at the time if this process is harder than it should be.
