BE CAREFUL WITH (BLUE MAGIC) I HAVE SEEN SOME REAL PROBLEMS IT CAUSED.

Hi Mike,
I had my '84 308's engine cover powercoated red and it looks fantastic! I'm sure it was a high temp type paint so be careful.

Try liquitech www.liquitech.com. It's called finish prep, then polish afterwards with finish first. It's amazing and I've put most of my friends on it too, they swear by it.

Mike,

I used "Blue Magic", you rub it on until it turns into a dark paste, then wipe off.

What is the best way to remove,or buff out oxidation on the aluminum in the engine bay? Also, the previous owner of my 85 308QV painted the box on top of the engine and it is poor quality, and the wrong color of red. Any suggestions?
