that car belongs to a friend of mine in CT- Chuck - he drives it regulary and has taken it on the track. He took it to GS and to west point last year. he also had it at cavillino this year- see other threads with pics, I think he won a gold. Chuck is a real nice guy and also has a 355 |

That 288 GTO is owned by some fortunate fellow from Rowayton Connecticut. I haven't seen it around the area before. Rowayton is not very big at all, and I might just go door to door asking who the owner is... |

Algar did have one that was sold, i think, to Nick Cage.Eddie Karem, located nearby, has had them on occasion (in fact, he had a 288, f-40 and f -50 at the same time). |

theres one at wide world of cars in spring valley, NY. Its right over the NJ border. They look awesome in person, like a 308 on steroids. |

I know that 288GTO's were never even meant to be imported to the states and they only made 272 of them. So I was wondering if there are any 288's in either PA,NJ, or DE? I love the looks and style of this car, but I have never seen one in person because my local Ferrari Dealer Algar in Rosemont, PA. hasn't had one in over 3 years. If anyone knows of any I would love to be able to see the car. |
