Damn Bob, you gave me an idea. Maybe my next daily driver should be BMW 328, then I could park my 328 next to my 328. I could get "BMW 328" plates to go with my "4RE 328" plates. Wouldn't that be a nice picture? When I go out with my wife I could say "do you want to take the 328 or the 328?" My friends would ask "Was that you I saw on the highway?" and I'd respond, "Was I in the 328?" |

Thanks, Dave I think your right about non dealers checking off everything, but it is not uncommon to see it.

328s only came from the factory with the standard seat. Anything other was added by the owner/dealer. Power only became available on the F355 spider, actually it was standard on the spider due to the power top. The 360 has power as an option...heated my still be a few years out. As far as I can remeber the 328 had a very short list of options, most dealt with color and leather combinations, for example you could get the full seat colored leather dash for $2k extra Hope this helps! No power or heated seats in 328's. Sometimes non Ferrari dealers check off all kinds of options in their listings that don't exist. As far as I know, there were no real options on US cars although I talked with an 89 owner not long ago who had a factory painted rear spoiler that appeared on the window sticker. The catalog listed the following options: rear spoiler, A/C, ATE anti lock breaking system, radio and metalic paint. However, it is my understanding all US cars have the spoiler and A/C and all were no radio. My 89 window sticker lists no options but has A/C and spoiler, of course. Dave |

If that exists(?) will be aftermarket. My advise is: never do it! |

I noticed a few 328 ads mention power seats and heated seats? Are these factory options or aftermarket? Etc? |
