Actually, it's a 1/20th scale model manufactured by Tamiya. I've built several of their F1 kits and they are very nice. You can get it, along with the correct decals from http://www.f1specialties.com along with a host of other detail parts. Or, you can order it from http://www.hlj.com (go to Tamiya, auto-racing). They also have the 1/24th Enzo. Both kits can be purchased, and shipped to the US using SAL shipping for less than you can buy them here. Also, Studio 27 has the correct decals, but they're not as good as the F1Specialties decals. F1Specialties also has a lot of other F1 kits, books, videos, etc. Or, if you really want one, wait until Hobby Lobby has there semi-anual 1/2 price sale on model kits and buy it from them. |

Found this car on www.hobbymaker.com It is a 1/24 2000 F1 car with both traditional and transparent bodies. Like looking under the skin of the car. Cool. You need to enter store, go to models, cars, search Ferrari. You will be shown the ones they have in stock. It is listed F1 2000 transparent. This is a great model store. We have one in Hurst, Texas (between Dallas and Fort Worth, on 183, Airport freeway). I was in two weeks ago and the place is large with anything, and I mean anything you need for modeling. |
