Just wanted to post something to bring this thread out of archives. Confirming breakfast May 4 at 8am at Moonside Bakery in HMB. Those who are interested might caravan to the Hillsborough Concours afterwards. Anyone living north of Serramonte/Daly City are welcome to join a caravan to HMB. We meet in the Good Guys parking lot at 7.15am. |

I think this Hillsborough Concours could be interesting and a lot of fun if we all go in a group. Anybody interested? Count me in, Dan. |

Ben, The mach transition couldn't be felt, but they did have a digital readout which showed mach number, altitude, ground speed in mph, and outside temp. We cruised at mach 2 (approx 1380mph) and reached an altitude of 58000 feet. Great experience. Glad I could do it before they are retired. |

Norm- that's so great you got to ride the Concorde before they retire them. Unfortunately, I probally won't get the chance (oh well, just have to work harder and buy one in 10 years Could you feel the mach transition? I think caravaning over to the Concours would be a great idea (and a neat drive!) I'm definately down, looking forward to seeing you all again and for the first time! (gonna get confusing, with two Bens now. Just remenber, I'm the one who dosen't own a TR... yet. Best! Ben. |

Norm, I walked in with no advance - it's not *that* popular, but given the area, there's quite a show. I really don't know who's doing what, but last year there was a 340 Mexico Vignale, etc. etc. The best to me, of course, was the 250 Cali Spider (LWB, if I remember correctly) being fired up. WOAAAAH. I will check with an organizer this week to see if we need to secure spots, etc. --Dan PS: Norm, glad to see everything went well! Welcome back! PPS: Just checked on www.hillsboroughconcours.org - gates open at 10am to the public. Advance tickets must be mailed for by this friday! We can also order them online via Paypal. If we get a tally, I can order some in advance for everyone and distribute them Sunday morning? Let's get a count... |

Thanks, Steve. London was great!! The Concorde was awesome!!! To add to Steve's comment about the group drive to HMB. We usually meet at the Good Guy's parking lot in Serramonte (off 280) at 7.15am. There's a 76 right there so refueling is easy. Last time we had 5 o 6 cars caravan down. Fun. |

Art, Moonside Bakery and Cafe is at 604 Main Street in Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. Just look for all the Ferraris in front! We have been meeting around 8am I think it would be great to caravan over to the concourse. Dan, do we need tickets in advance? Norm, Noel, Faisel, Ben, and I will probably meet in DC again for a group drive into HMB if anyone would like to join us. Norm-Welcome back! |

What time does the Hillsborough Concourse start? Perhaps we could still do our breakfast thing and caravan over to see the Concourse.... Thoughts? It's only a short hop from HMB. |

Guys, It's come to my attention that that Hillsborough Concourse is on 5/4 as well. So we have two options: either we all meet and head over (I'm in the 'borough, so we could meet here? - or just meet there due to timing), or we postpone until slightly later on. I defer to popular opinion. --Dan |
