The view in my F355 is REFRESHINGLY flat in my passenger mirror. I much prefer them this way--as the view out each mirror shows the same scale. To get maximum FOV out of the side mirrors, align them so you cannot see the rear-end of the car without moving your head, but can see it immediately upon moving your head. |

My 86 328 passenger side mirror is not convex like most every other car I've been it. As a result, you get a very limited field of view (no need for the "objects are closer than they seem" warning). I noticed a picture of Rob Lays 86, and he had the curved mirror - where can I get one of the mirrors? Is the one I have stock? Also, who else has removed their high middle brake light? Man, that think takes up a lot of your vision in the rear view mirror! |
