Modman,

I mirrored the actual rm file at http://www.strahan.org/ferrari/

The file name is ferrari312.ram. It will only be up there for a few days.

Just download it from there to your machine and run it locally. Beware, though, that the file is just over 1 MB in size.

Hope this helps

I tried to view it from downloading but at around 23% of download, it stops and says filename and path is incorrect. I tried it a few times and gave up, I really would like to see this work of art. Help me out....

Thats an amazing thing he did. I only wish i could ever be able to do anything remotely as amazing as that. my friend builds rc helis that are about 4ft long, all carbon fiber and stuff and thpse are hard enough to build....and we dont have to make the parts.

Unreal......I hope Ferrari Spa doesn't sue him for manufacturing that unlicensed copy. (joke)

There's a great in depth article of the car with great pictures in the 2000 fall/winter issue of Rosso Ferrari. To hear the sound of that engine alone was worth more than the pictures. I almost fell out of my chair as he worked the gear lever and pedals then see the tires spin in the video. Any idea how much it would cost to buy that thing?

I can't watch it for some reason, but I think I've seen it before. That car is incredible and the work he has done is just amazing. Not to take away from the great work he has done, but I wonder though because if he would've spent all that time learning about investing and real estate he might be starting up his real 312. Still though, I guess it made him happy making it, and it certainly is a work of art. What I find the coolest is the exhaust note, la bella macchina.

I don't know if this has been posted before but some guy spent 15 years building a scale model Ferrari that actually runs. What do you think?
