While I was in the UK for the holiday's, my friend order me a bottle of red italian wine that was named Testarossa. I tried to soak the lable off of the bottle to bring home and order a case, but no luck. The wine was not bad. There is also a vineyard in Kalifornia called Testarossa..... http://www.testarossa.com/ |

You gotta have the Ferrari wine bottles from Hugh Ruthven at The Finish Line in Barrington IL. |

Jim I saw that. I think the reason his falls short is for shipping reasons. It says the sign is 4 feet long, so that top part of the "F" would be at least 3-31/2 feet. I emailed him directly and he said he can have one out to me for about $50US. I think I might go for it. |

I was thinking about this a little while working on the Jeep today. I think the perfect addition to your wet bar would be Lola Ferrari. Look up some pics of her, you'll see what I mean (no she isn't a pornstar so don't worry or get excited for that matter). This make it truly a Ferrari wet bar. |

If you have him cut a Ferrari emblem for you, you might send him a picture of the correct one, the one that has the top "line" from the "F" go all the way across to dot the "i". His falls short. |

That feller has had many of those signs on E-Bay. I would contact him direct as he most likely has the CNC machine doing the cutting, then you won't have to wait. Jerry |

Thanks Stephen, I'd appreciate that. It would go with my Ferrari office. I've seen the bottle of champagne, wow! There is also a guy on ebay selling a 4 foot long "ferrari" script in brushed aluminum. I bid on it but lost it at the last second. It looks like he has different car names for sale and I'll wait for another one to come around. here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=599760098&r=0&t=0&showTutorial=0&ed=1009771117&indexURL=0&rd=1 |

You can have little 1:83 models inlayed into the table top and have it filled with Ressin. Photos and other memorbilia can be set in Ressin as well. The stools could be actually the Momo Steering Wheels as Howie suggested. They may be just as comfortable as any bar stool. You can also buy some regular racing seats and have the base build to be a seat or bar stool. Very comfortable, only problem is people will never leave your house. I did a Mosaic in my garage. You could do that on the wall. |

Ferrari cutlery - I bought in Monza at the race 1999 - How can you not enjoy a meal while using them.... and the limited edition champagne bottle in the wooden case....commemerating Ferrari's championship - only 1000 made.....a fitting way to toast. (I think I need to stop shopping Ferrari n'est pas?....it maybe toooooo much) |

Wow thanks a million for the great ideas! I will definitely incorporate some of them. BTW my wife is very easy going; she has relenquished ownership of the basement to me and my toys and games. I am kind of a big ole' little kid. I will take a picture of the finished product and post it. Jerry. |

Jay, My friend Chris Parr has a set of Ferrari wine on his bar. There is a Ferrari and Dino bottle. I think he got it in Italy, but I'll find out. |

Jerry, If the bar stools are round, have a picture of a Momo steering wheel on the seat area with the prancing horse logo in the middle. Oh wait...that may be sacrilegious. Howie |

Where do you get Ferrari wine? Is it red? |

I think it would be nice to have a table or two with Daytona seats made into chairs. And for the footrests, forget the brass and use Tubi stainless steel. |

Don't forget Ferrari wine, or Ferrari Carrano. Wine glasses are also available at the factory restaurant in Maranello, next time you're in Italy. |

I work in hardwood flooring. My next plan is to install a hardwood floor with a prancing horse inlay in my basement. You can get anything you want custom made like the horse or a family shield or crest. Looks very nice. But make sure you use someone that knows what they are doing, very easy to make it look stupid. Ferrari of Ontario also sells Ferrari ash trays, pencils, mugs, glasses ect. Use these to accent the bar. I'd also put some model cars around the bottles of liquor, it's a nice touch. |

The choices are endless...and thanks to ebay, the Ferrari world is at your fingertips. The ceramic tiles with Cavallinos are very cool without being too in your face. I have seen them used in a walk in wine cellar with great results. I personally like the Ferrari Servezia Assistenza signs. They light from behind and look great in a bar. Bought most of my stuff from Paolo Tron and Greg Martucci, both great guys. |

Go get a bunch of the Ferrari shields and have them laminated into your bar top. Or buy a 3x5 Flag and have it laminated into a game table. Hmmm..what else can I think of to piss off your wife? |

maybe a nice mirror behind the bar with a prancing horse etched in it. I like the barstool idea. I would probably have the leather tops custom dyed red and have the prancing horse branded in the center of the stool. |

if u want to get crazy u can have a custom made table with a glass top & put a little race track under the glass with hotwheels & matchbox Ferraris on the track or get some of your favourite Ferrari pics in 8x 12 or bigger & have them plastic coated & use them as placemats, u can do the same with Coasters |

You could use the Ferrari tiles they sell in one way or another. Maybe for the top of the bar. Other ideas are to get the prancing horse inlaid inpanels for the sides of the bar or behind it. Also, something cheap would be to put pictures, articles, and such under glass for the bar top. |

I am having a new wet bar built in the lower level of my home and I want it to have a Ferrari theme. Anyone out there have any clever ideas...(i.e. prancing horse barstools, Ferrari shields placed on bar top, etc.). Your ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jerry. |
