I take could take offense at people who think NASCAR is for rednecks but I loved that 'turn left' joke; I sent it to all my NASCAR buddies. Remember the movie 'My Favorite Year"? There was a line that roughly said it's okay to be offensive if it's funny...not insulting or degrading, but 'funny'. I feel that way about ethnic humor. Besides, some people need to be offended to make them think. |

550soon, do you ever contribute anything here? All you seem to do is either flaunt your wealth and now complain. From now on no one is allowed to make Italian jokes or New Jersey jokes, cause I'll get offended, give me a break. No one's making you read anything here, if something offends you I suggest you don't pay attention to it. |

550Soon, I'm neither a WASP or a biggot and I don't think that all Ferrari owners are white. Ernesto, I agree, people are way too sensitive. I don't think any person or group is above being poked fun at(myself included). |

I bet that Chris' assumption was that all Ferrari owners must be white and therefore a joke like this would be OK. Well, I'm black and own a Ferrari... I'd like to participate in this forum without having to suffer this.
