Magoo, you are way behind. The Vette happened two weeks ago today. Read the "Garage Ideas" posts.

Ed, Sounds to me like you are leaning towards owning a Vette.

Ed,

I reckon you can shake 'em up a bit over there on the Corvette forum by telling them about Turtle Wax.

In a prior life, when i was very involved in hi-end audio, there was an endless series of tweaks and aftermarket products sold, some at great expense, to improve performance, sometimes adaptations from other products that had nothing to do with audio, the zenith (or nadir) being the products of one peter belt, a chap in the uk who made a series of very expensive things like: coloredpaper dots, to place strategically in your listening room and on equipment. One could spend thousands trying some of these tweaks. Stereophile at one time promoted Amourall as an improvement for CD's only to find that it had a chemical interaction with the discs, etc. Airplane wax sounds cool, though. May be i'll buy some for my_______.

One of the best things about now owning a Corvette and being on the Corvette Forum is that ALL Corvette owners use Zaino. Period. Nothing else. No argument. No conflict of interest. No discussion. Zaino. Period. Even if something is better. Zaino. I guess I need to get some to belong.

Yes. My brother and I used to used it for years. They made a great wax for Jets that we would put on the cars. Nice stuff. Have not used it in a bit.
