Thanks everyone... I contacted Baldwin and I will be talking to a local rep soon, hopefully, If all goes well I will be able to lower my price drastically. Also will be checking if they have any for the other models as well. Thanks and Be Good! Dave |

I've never heard of the Hastings LF140. Does it have a standpipe? |

I bought mine for less than $6.00 from a place I found on the internet. Can't recall it now but I know I posted it in a past thread.... |

Just go to the internet search and type in Baldwin Filters. Click on Baldwin filters it will give you the distributors by zip code. I am sure you will find realistic prices as Mike suggested. Have a nice day! |

That's exactly what I need to know, I am searching for a better supplier now. Who is your parts store, perhaps I can contact them and get even a better deal on them that I can pass along. Thanks Mike |

You'd asked earlier (in another thread) about where your prices are out of line. The local price here from the auto parts store is $9.89 on that same Baldwin oil filter you charge $18.00 for, so you're almost double. And I suspect the actual auto parts store has higher overhead. They don't keep that model on the shelf at the store, but it's in their warehouse and they have it for me the next day after I call in. Doesn't matter to me, but since you'd asked... |

Hi All, just wanted you all to know I am now stocking some Baldwin oil filters for the 308 and 328 models. I must say as I compaired them to the UFI and Fram.... It is a superior filter. Top it all off, it has a nice red paint job. The link to the filter is below so you can all see. Link : http://shop.auctionwatch.com/sodacom/item/544038503/index.html Have a nice day! :-) |
