one of my undergraduate philosophy profs, vincent starzinger, always said that everybody should get a law degree in addition to whatever else they would do - just to round themselves out....i never got round to it but u never know....however, it does remind me of that famous groucho marx line.....

Wm:

Law school can be a lot of fun However it can be a ton of work. Guy by the name of Osborne got a good book called "The Paper Chase". they even turned the book into a tv series. My office represented him in a couple of matters, and it is clear that people who do get out of Law School are generally bright, and with a good sense of direction. If you have both, Law School should be a great experience.

I'm frequently thankful that I've got a profession that I can be (within reason, and the law) as big a jerk as I want to be, and it makes me money.

From someone who has been in the business for some 30+ years, I would recommend trial work.

Good luck. I just finished law school in Texas. Great experience. But not as much bikini chasing options in Dallas as there are in Miami.

I forgot who, but there's another user on here that lists their occupation as "professional student". I think it's a great idea, I can only handle part time night school and right now I'm just doing auto tech. Not quite law school.

Going Back to school yet again, after a BS, MBA & MA I'm off for yet another degree. Think this will make 12 years of University, well it beats working :-) & those young 20 something ladies Rrraoooo LOL
Got to go for Trust law but corporate & International Law sound interesting also, I suppose I can fit some studies into my busy bikini chasing schedule :-)
