And to think, everyone has given me crap about living in Texas and having a death penalty. Whether or not I believe in it, that's another issue, but it occurs, and should for certain individuals. Somethings are just not excusable and will be unsuccessful rehabilitation cases.

I've said it before, if Wallstreet wants to redeem itself and restore consumer faith then 1,000 COs and Traders need to go to prison.

I tap successful wealthy people for advice all the time and most of them say they will never invest in the market again.

Again, I am fed up with people not taking responsibility for their actions. I am serious about this, they ought to just shoot the poor bastards in the head. We don't need people like this. Same way with repeat criminals. 3 strikes and you are history. We don't need you. I love America, but crap like this makes me furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

aaah the story of Sandy - they HERO WORSHIPPED Weil (I WOULD KNOW) in every single tiny little outpost across the world that Citi spans.... and NOW look... MORE corporate rot.

Far too much power has been given to almost every Wall Street insitution to make or break other larger corporates - it sucks.... and they've abused this power... and in doing so robbed the average joe.

to me it is such a joke.

You have the highest profile analyst on wall street making 20 mill a year writing an email about how he upgraded ATT to get his kid into preschool and oust a co-ceo and now he says the he lied in the email to make himself more important and that the real reason he raised the rating was company's fundementals - are we really that stupid - this is worse than the meaning of the word "is"

I agree, those bastards should be in Jail right now. Weil should be ousted from Citi and he and the rest of these crooks should be stripped of every asset they have.

have you guys been following this story - this is incredible. What kills me is how some people including the media are still giving Grubman and Weil the benefit of the doubt. Unbeleiveable. They both should be in jail
